Who this covers

This policy applies to the Apyx Web Design website and to enquiries sent through it. Apyx Web Design is the data controller for that information.

What is collected

When you use the enquiry or contact forms you provide your name, business name, email address and phone number, and optionally your current website, budget range, timing and a description of the project. Nothing else is collected through the forms.

How it is used

Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, to arrange a conversation about your project and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. They are not sold, and they are not added to marketing lists.

How forms are processed

Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, a form-handling service that passes the message to the studio email address. Their handling of that data is covered by their own privacy policy.

Cookies and storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a single flag in your browser's session storage so the opening animation only plays once per visit. See the cookie policy for detail.

How long it is kept

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if a project goes ahead, for the life of the working relationship and any period required for accounting records.

Your rights

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by contacting the studio using the details on the contact page.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date below shows when it was last reviewed.
