The terms on which Apyx Web Design provides services and operates this website.
Use of this website
The content of this website is for general information. Project work shown as a concept was designed to illustrate what a business's website could be and was not commissioned by that business. Names, logos and photography within concept projects remain the property of the businesses concerned.
Quotations
Starting prices shown on this site are indicative. Every project is quoted individually in writing, and the written quotation forms the basis of the agreement.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit and staged payments, are set out in the written quotation. Management plans are billed monthly in advance with a three-month minimum term, then rolling monthly.
Content and ownership
You are responsible for the accuracy of content and the right to use any material you supply. On full payment, the website and its content are yours. Apyx may show the completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, platforms such as Shopify or Squarespace, form services and other third-party tools are subject to their own terms and costs, which are billed separately unless included in a quotation.
Liability
Apyx takes reasonable care in all work but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of any website, specific search rankings or commercial results. Liability is limited to the value of the fees paid for the work concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
