Rogue Business Consultancy
Explaining an operating system for a business without a single diagram of a funnel.

The situation
Rogue sells something hard to picture: a redesign of the systems, processes and structure behind a business that has grown faster than the way it operates. The site needed to make that tangible in a few screens, hold the attention of founders who do not read long pages, and only invite enquiries from businesses that were a genuine fit.
Design direction
The idea is Chaos to Structure. The homepage opens with scattered fragments that resolve into a grid as the page loads, and the rest of the site keeps that discipline: a dark grid ground, a fixed rail down the left with a dot for every section, and an interactive map of the parts of a business the work touches. A timeline walks through the three stages of an engagement so the process is visible before anyone asks.

Designed for the phone first, not squeezed to fit it.
Most of the audience will meet the site on a phone. The mobile layouts are designed deliberately, with their own order, spacing and interactions.

UX approach
Twelve pages built around two clearly separated offers, with a comparison that makes the difference obvious. Every form requires a name, business name, email and phone number with inline messages, and a section of straight answers replaces the usual case-study filler.
What was delivered
A static build on Cloudflare with a password-protected preview, animation that fails safe if scripts are blocked, and a build script that assembles the pages from fragments so edits stay fast.
